We went to dominoes Indiranagar outlet and ordered a pizza and taco for the first order the order taker did not generate any bill and when we asked for the order number she refused to tell , mentioning she will deliver it to the table and asked us to pay on her personal UPI, we thought that it could be due to server issue with the card machine but when we went for the next order the other order taker gave us the reciept and order number also we paid on the outlet’s machine later we asked the bill for the previous order just to check and found no bill was generated and she deliberately over charged us for the first order taking the total amount to her pocket and the other order taker tried to fool us giving us someone else’s bill we again disputed so he got furious and generated our actual bill invoice where we got to know that we paid extra and the cashier gave us the money back. Over all the experience was poor and the team really needs an integrity check we never expected such forgery from domino’s
