I didn't receive my order and not able to connect with the store or delivery guy it's been more than an hour seriously if you can't meet the expectations of customers better not to take orders

Extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered my pizza a long time ago, and now my bus is just minutes away. They claim a 20-minute delivery guarantee, but then blame a rush of orders. If you can’t handle the volume, why make such promises? Worst experience ever.
