I have called yesterday for some query and ask to give a call to a Manager ..the guy who is doing kidding and don't know the manager name ...even though manager who is taking care of evening shift to night dont have sense to look to a query .

As a pure vegetarian i am highly disappointed in their hygiene standards and quality. They were first of all not using gloves at all and the same person was using same hands for veg and non veg pizza preparation. When asked about why they aren’t using gloves, they said it was something that the manager would have to decide. Why are we paying so much when we can’t get even the basic hygiene? Is this how an international food chain serves their customers? Absolute disappointment. Basic hygiene and using gloves is the bare minimum. What is the point of having separate ovens when the same person is handling veg and non veg pizza preparation? This is absolutely unacceptable.

I sometimes get my orders from this branch but i have noticed that the staff most of the time ignores and gives a vibe that they would rather not attend you. And are even sometimes rude.
