When we wanted to dine-in, they said we are busy, order on your own. When someone asked for chilli flakes, they asked to take from other table, when someone asked to clean, they said we are busy, so we had to eat on the dirty tables itself. Service is so bad and pizza is worst. Dominos is best but this Malleswaram branch is failing to provide the bare minimum. On top of all this, the workers were fighting in the kitchen loudly about who is permanent and who is temporary workers and all in front of all, not even inside, openly.

I came crying out of the store. Because I felt so bad about how they treated one of the customer today. Two women with a kid had come, he was excited to have pizza and they told you have to order online to sit and eat there. Those people didn't know how to order, they struggled for 30 minutes and went out. I couldn't eat there thinking what if it was my mom or aunt, one day trying to treat themselves and you treat them like this, unattended, carelessly. It was a humiliation for them that they couldn't order. While going the aunty said no one is there to ask so there are doing like this. The store says we are busy, we have 100s of orders. Leave about orders, atleast treat your customer as humans. Coming to my order. I ate dough. Just dough. We visited dominos as there are new launches. New launch will be nice atleast when it is newly launched. U WAS GIVEN DOUGH. I wasted ₹800 on dough and came out crying loosing hope in humanity.

Worst experience. Staff never care about taking orders from customer. Keep chitchatting eachother lazily and don't even look at customers. If we call for order also they will say please wait and keep chitchatting and waiting for more than 15 mins in the counter. If we ask for table to clean they will take ages to come and clean and have to followup everytime untill they come and clean and never suggest during orders.

Worst Domino's pizza I tasted ever...(infact have to thow in dustbin)..Waste of money.Garlic bread was not cooked and didnt taste like garlic bread.Even the Veg extravaganza pizza was not fully cooked and mushrooms were smelling bad.The staffs were not maintaining hygiene.Without gloves they were emptying the dustbin and the same guy was packing pizza for online orders without washing hands.Even the staffs making pizza and taking orders were least bothered regarding taking orders from customers and maintaining hygiene standards.They didnt even pack oregano and chilli flakes..Totally disgusting.. @DOMINO'S.. YOU Need to take serious action regarding this branch..otherwise you are losing many customers and your awesome brand name where customer,taste and quality always comes first...😡👎

They said there was no pizza mania n offered the lunch feast nothing was worth d tomato dip tasted d worst Don go fr meal wn they say theres no mania menu
