Worst behaviour of order taking lady in reception and refused to hear what I need as well and waited for almost half an hour since she was focusing on other customer with bigger payment amount just that she can avoid other customer and no one was interested on taking order while I was waiting in reception. Even though after such negative comments you people are least bothered to train your staffs with basic professionalism.

We waited for 10 minutes to order even one person before us. There's no card payment option, only UPI payment. The ambience was not good, no maintenance at all. There was no hand wash available. Food was also not good.

Staff refused to take our order directly and forced us to order through the app.. even for dine-in… Said the person taking orders wasn’t available… just gave lame readons .. It took a lot of time just to install and search for what we wanted. This kind of management is really disappointing. The food was good and place was clean…
