First train to all employees how to prepare food your guys are preparing pizza not breads many times I ordered pizza garlic bread but not even one time also they provided proper cheese... if we are paying amount why can't you people prepare food properly... I know might be you guys can save some amount by adding less cheese but what about customer satisfaction who cares about that ... compair to you guys local pizza store they are much more better... seriously you guys doing one stupid business by making people fraud since it's online orders we can't do anything but if it would have dine in order I would have thrown that pizza on employees face ... to prepare food properly always we have to intimate... literally i felt many times waste of money and waste of food also ... if anyone want to order from Domino's think 1000 times and then place order bcz they will change there name very soon ( breads pizza )

They accept the 30 minute gaurantee order . Make us wait 50 mins then cancel the order because they have to give it for free! And the next order u place immediately will be no 30 minutes gaurantee what a business gimmick! If u can’t keep up ur promise then don’t show off the gaurantee ads and don’t accept the order if u r going to cancel it in the end anyways. And their professionalism is so bad that they don’t even call u before cancelling and their no can’t even be called, they keep the phone aside so they don’t get calls! I got to know this bcz immediately I went to the outlet to see how crowded it is for cancelling in the last moment ! The staffs are so unprofessional to keep the phones aside hung up so they don’t receive calls and they don’t have to answer their customers
