This was by far the worst Domino’s experience I’ve ever had. The pizza was uncooked, poorly baked, and even the delivery was delayed. But the real shock was the customer service or rather, the complete lack of it. When I called to raise my concern, staff member Mr. Mohan Reddy spoke with utter disrespect, telling me “You already complained, right? Then why are you calling us they will call you.” Dominoes 30 min delivery is a scam, in concise. Is this how Domino’s shows respect to paying customers? Serving half-baked food and then mocking complaints? Absolutely unacceptable. If this is the standard Domino’s stands for, customers deserve to know.

Day by day dine in is getting worst. I had to wait long for my order. More focused in delivery orders. Day by day the topping are reducing. The staff is not able to manage. The price is increasing but service quality decreasing.

Yesterday only I went this outlet this is really horrible and misbehaving staff . They are not maintaining the hygiene at all washroom, outlet and all around place was so dirty . And their staffs are not using gloves also and after asking they are just making excuses and misbehaving. Never visiting again. Worst outlet
