Absolutely Terrible Experience at Domino’s Neeladri Outlet Visited this outlet today and it was one of the worst Domino’s experiences I’ve had. 1️⃣ Noise levels: The music was blaring like a bar we literally couldn’t talk to each other. Even the staff calling out names for order pickup couldn’t hear over the noise. When we requested to lower the volume, the staff flatly said “no.” After 20 minutes, when everyone started getting a headache, they finally turned it off. Completely unprofessional. 2️⃣ Air curtain issue: The air curtain (the one that switches on when the door opens) was constantly running. Delivery staff kept leaving it open while coming in and out, making a loud, irritating noise and cold air blowing continuously. I had to close it myself twice and even then, the staff didn’t seem to care. 3️⃣ Delivery experience: This isn’t the first time this outlet disappointed me, deliveries are always late, yet marked as “delivered” well before arrival. They refuse to honor the 30-minute guarantee or issue refunds. The pizzas arrive cold, and toppings are so minimal you’ll need a magnifying glass to find them. 4️⃣ Washroom misuse: The single washroom here is always occupied by the local vegetable and fruit vendors outside. While I understand it on normal days, on weekends when there’s heavy customer footfall, this becomes a real inconvenience . I saw customers waiting for long just to use it. Overall, this outlet needs serious management attention. I even have videos to back up what I’m saying. Poor service, poor hygiene, and zero sense of customer comfort.

We had a worst experience with Domino’s tonight. Firstly the delivery was done after an hour eventhough the delivery time was showing as 20 mins post ordering. The chicken pizza and paneer stuffed garlic bread were very cold and overcooked with the sides burnt. Also the Paneer stuffed garlic bread had only 1 small cube of paneer in the whole bread.Overall it was a pathetic experience and we totally do not recommend this particular outlet.

The pizza was good and reasonably priced but the exterior (, especially point of entry ) was filthy

They are very sweet. Just just told cancel my order, they asked the reason of cancellation. Ordered Cancelled. Thank you so much dominos for the help.
