They have zero knowledge of how to run a shop. We ordered Capsicum Paneer pizza and after waiting for HALF AN HOUR they gave us two stale and cold pizza without any vegetables or anything. It was a very old pizza and tasted bad as well. Upon asking wuere is our actual order they said vegetables are over. But we could see that they were still making pizzas for online orders. Then upon forcing for refund they actually somehow magically made the capsicum paneer pizza. And overall took us 1hour to get the pizza and that too we had to go and remind them atleast 10 times.

Horrible experience. Ordered panner Pizza and got some stale looking plain pizza with dried cheese and weird taste. The service ppl did not even inform us about this and we're so ignorant despite informing.. horrible service.. they only focus on online delivery and very poor taste and service. Do not recommend this place at all.

Service was pathetic, though there is no much cistomers, took 15 min to place the order. They didnt even keep papercups for water. Taste was ok, not so great

They are taking a long time when there is no other coustomer, also they kept calling wrong order name and asked us to order online even when others were ordering offline

I have ordered pizza yesterday at 1.30 AM.. in zomato app.. i didn't receive it 3 hours status was showing same..when I spoke to dominos person he is telling no deliver person is available at that time I have waited till 3.30 AM then told to cancel my order & refund my money..after this status showing as delivered but I did get my delivery and also did not get my refund and the person who speak with me from dominos he told ok to cancel my order.. I think he is waiting for me to cancel it from my end.. try to earn ethically not in this way..I will share my paid receipt here. I did get proper response from both zomato & dominos New BEL road.. I don't want to give one star also ..there is no option for it.. Guys really don't order anything from here. Those people are cheating to everyone.. If I don't get response within 24 hours then have to face consequences in court ..
