After making me wait for 3 hours they delivered cold pizza which had become like leather.

Very poor staff maintenance and ambience. None of the qr codes work here to order and if we walk up to order they won’t even look and upon calling multiple times and waiting, they just refuse to take the order by saying that there are bulk orders and waiting time would be more than 40 mins. Which is not at all acceptable because i was travelling by bus and i did reach before time so that i can have food here and they have already wasted half of my time by not responding and then saying more wait time which i can’t spend and thus ruining the experience for me

I waited for one hour for my order, and after another hour, the order was cancelled without proper explanation. This caused inconvenience and wasted my time. I expect better communication and service in the future.
