I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent order placed on 20 October 2025, bearing Order ID: 335. The service and quality I experienced were completely unacceptable and far below the standards expected from a brand of your stature. Firstly, the pizza delivered was completely cold and inedible. This shows a clear lack of care in the preparation or delivery process. Cold food is not just unpleasant but also raises serious hygiene concerns. Secondly, and even more shocking, instead of receiving the Taco Mexicana Veg, which I specifically ordered and paid for, I was wrongly given Garlic Bread. This is a gross oversight and a clear failure in order accuracy. Such errors are not only frustrating but also show a disturbing level of negligence from your team. This experience has been highly disappointing and unacceptable
