Dear Domino's Customer Support Team, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience with Domino's Pizza in RT Nagar. On [08-04-2025], I placed an order for a pizza and paid the amount online. However, despite waiting for the estimated delivery time and an additional 20 minutes, I did not receive my order. To my surprise, I received a message stating that the order had been submitted to me, which was not the case. I attempted to contact your customer support team, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied and disappointed. I hope that you will look into this matter and take necessary steps to rectify the issue. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this problem.

Today is April 3 we had been waiting in the counter to give our order but nobody came. It was more than 5 min we stood and then staff says that there is a bulk order and we cannot take any orders. For the food to be ready it took 45 min. Before the order is ready they have sent a message that the pizza is ready.Worst manager.I really do not recommend this place, it is a waste of time. Customer service is a 0/10.....

Good Experience. I love eating at Dominos, specially their Cheese Burst Pizza. First time I tried at this outlet. The taste and service were very good. The new peri peri chicken balls were amazing. Overall a very good experience and would love to visit again.
