Do not dine in here at all ! Literally there is no one. The order is delayed by more than 25 minutes . When asked the person in counter is telling usually dine in will be late only ! I can order from home only then. They are asking for OTP also to login. The way of handling customers has to be improved .. by miles

Really very disappointed I ordered 2 pizzas from here waited for 40 minutes delivery boy not reach the location then also showed reach and delivered order, even delivery boy switch off his phone. Delivery boy name is Lazar D from Rt nagar dominos, order number 333. Date- 16 December 1.15 Am ordering time.

I have visited the RT nagar branch a few times, and after today, this will be my last time ordering from here. The staff do not take customers seriously — they joke around loudly, speak carelessly, and don’t maintain a respectful atmosphere. It really feels like they are not concerned about customer experience at all. Last week and this week, I ordered home delivery, and both times the food was completely spilled inside the package. Every corner of the box had food leaking out. On top of that, today I received burnt food — and this is the second time it has happened. It feels like they are sending orders without even checking the quality or condition. This is unacceptable. The manager really needs to take responsibility and fix this. The people working at this branch are treating customer service like a joke. Please take this seriously and make necessary changes at the RT nagar location.
