The store manager is hectic infact other staff.. they don't care about customers. The Guy behave like he is the CEO of dominos.. I called store for raising the concern regards to cold pizza. They delivered 26 min but promise was made by them 20 min fresh and hot in my bill.. the store manager said we can't agree with you we deliver hot pizza and with in 18 min, the fact is my app showing 26 min.. I am not worried about the time, I worried about cold pizza.. He was very attitude and very angry and disconnected my call.. this is the reason Dominos slowly closing layouts..

Service and place not good for dine in , as the place small and not so hygiene, i was not expected this from Domino's.

Very bad experience !!, none of the staffs are ready to take the orders and CX experience is very trible, no hygiene maintained ,not recommended for the kids and old people, Need to escalate this issue FASSI , for not maintaining quality standards in the FMCG.
