My order was not delivered for 1.5 hours despite a 20 minute delivery guarantee. After calling the store, the store manager said that there was some mistake at their side and they will send the order in the next 20 mins. I called them again after 30 mins (2 hrs in total) as the order didn't arrive. They said that we will cancel the order, please order again as we have a lot of orders.

I've visited this location multiple times and was met with consistently poor customer service. The staff was rude and unwelcoming, repeatedly refusing to take my order and instead demanding I order online. This happened even when the restaurant was completely empty after 12 noon. Their unwillingness to serve in person makes this a place I cannot recommend.

Each time I visited, the staff’s behavior was rude. They were not willing to take orders and kept insisting on ordering online, even when the restaurant was completely empty after 12 noon. I would not recommend visiting this place.

Very very poor service. I had to wait there for more than 20 min and they still didn't take order. They were busy packing for delivery orders
