Always carry cash with you. Make sure to take a screenshot of your payment, bill, and any other required documents. I had a very unpleasant experience at this outlet. I went for a dine-in and paid via UPI. The payment was successfully processed on my end, and I even received a bank confirmation. However, their server was down, and the staff insisted that I pay again, assuring me that the earlier amount would be refunded. I took the staff member’s number and shared all the payment details with her on the same day. She told me to wait for three working days for the refund. After three days, I followed up with a call—she said she’d check and get back to me. That never happened. She didn’t even open my messages for almost two weeks. During that time, I kept calling her every other day, and each time I got the same vague response: “Will check and get back to you.” I get that it’s a busy outlet, but ignoring a customer who’s actively following up is just not acceptable. Eventually, I contacted Domino’s support, and they told me that only the store manager could initiate the refund. Frustrated, I had to travel all the way back to the store—around 20 km from my place—just to follow up in person. After going through the details, the same staff member said, “If you had sent these documents, we would’ve initiated the refund.” Ironically, I was showing her the exact chat where I had already shared everything two weeks ago. She then called the manager, who said it would take another two days to process. At that point, I was done. I sarcastically said, “Glad I visited your outlet—just give me a pizza worth the refund amount,” and left with that. After two weeks of running behind them, all due to their system failure, that was the only resolution I got.

Opted for dine-in but store is not equipped properly AC is not working when asked to switch on staff are telling that AC will switch on automatic only after 12 PM food quality also is not like before

Very poor management, less staff, for one order we should wait more then one hour, the male staff Don't care about the customer queries, and the one female staff doing all. Really very bad experience at Dominos.

30/03/2025 (Order#165) I ordered 4 classic Pizzas and 1 Veg Parcel They took 1 hours to reach also 30 min guaranteed delivery wasn't applicable for my order, when I opened those Pizza all were cold and crust were hard, i wasn't able to chew it properly..so bad experience...
