I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent order No: 288 10/10/2025. I placed the order expecting the usual standard of service, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had. My order was delayed for over 1.5 hours, despite the estimated delivery time being significantly shorter. By the time the pizza arrived, it was cold, dried out, and completely unappetizing. It was in such poor condition that I couldn’t even eat it. I’m extremely disappointed, not just with the quality of the food, but also with the lack of timely service. I’ve always trusted Domino’s, but this experience was frustrating and unacceptable.

Unhygienic place. None of the staff use gloves while cooking. They clean using mop and no idea if they wash their hands before touching food. Seating area is unclean, wash basin is low class. Please avoid ordering or dining here
