Worst experience i have ever had from Dominos. I had Dominos pizza all my life and this is such a terrible experience. I placed 2 orders on 31st August 2025. Firstly, iam a vegetarian!!! 1st order was vegetarian taco and margarita 2nd order was indi panner large and veg taco Let me tell you I didnot receive any vegetarian taco from both the orders. Instead I got non veg taco for 1st order. And for 2nd order i received call from dominos saying taco is not available i will give you garlic beard or burger. When I didn't agree. That particular Employee went to her manager and was explaining it to him by using bad words in tamil where I can here them in call. And also they are not ready to refund me by cash or to source account. Surprise!!! NO APOLOGISE from their end. Can you believe it. Is this the kind of service you provide to a paying customer. And why should we tolerate this nonsense, I pay for an item and they get to choose what order should have been placed. And sending non vegetarian food instead of veg is the latest trend i guess. Dominos please bring up a good service and product management which will help you to up your game. And please do educate your staffs to speak politely with a paying customer as we are not eating for free!!!! Nor they are paying our bills!!! Do customer need to educate the well know brands like yourself rather than expected a good service. Do we even deserve to be treated this way!!

This branch is always dirty in the evenings.. floors are not mopped and cleaned regularly . There’s tissues paper and left over all over the venue. Domino team- can you act so that Customers feel like coming here next time

They don't have the clear understanding of dominos policy. They told there zone is of 2.7km and that's not true and was asking customer to come and pick the order from middle point. If we try to report this to manager. He himself was rude and telling we are cancelling your order. As renowned franchise this type of behavior is not accepted from Dominos.
