The staff refused to deliver the order to the 2nd floor even after clearly mentioning in the address, he stated that they won't deliver the order to 2nd floor post 11pm, I couldn't see any terms or conditions stating this. I was standing outside in the 2nd floor asking him to come up as I was at work. He started abusing me from ground floor creating a huge scene, post this i directly went to the store to complain about this, I was talking to a person by name Nagesh, you should have seen the delivery executive talking in front of Nagesh, he was so rude he doesn't even know how to interact with customers. I was explaining the situation to Nagesh and he was so rude if it wasn't the store he would have even hit me. If you have rules or conditions to not to deliver to 2nd floor post 11pm why don't you mention while ordering or atleast notify the customer before leaving for the delivery from the store. We respect people and also understand the delivery persons struggle, people like these bring down the respect and credibility of delivery people. Moreover this wasn't a cash on delivery it was an online paid delivery. I didn't expect dominos to have employed people like this. With all these issues, the pizza I got was literally cold enough especially at this Bangalore weather, which I had put it in trash.

The quality seems to have gone down. I had ordered margarita double cheese burst pizza, but it seems like the pizza which was delivered was of normal. There was no cheese in the cheese burst pizza.Very bad in taste, food was not hot and also served very late. Worst pizza ever we ordered double cheese margarita pizza but they didn’t put no cheese in pizza worst experience.Pls don't ever visit or order from Vidyaranyapura branch.
