Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Staff Behavior and Billing Discrepancy at Domino's Pizza, Wilson Garden I am a regular customer of Domino's Pizza at Wilson Garden, and I have always appreciated the quality of the food. However, I had a disappointing experience on Saturday, April 5, 2025. On that day, I visited the Domino's store directly to place an order. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for nearly two hours, which was a significant waste of my time. Moreover, the bill amount charged was much higher than what was displayed on the mobile app, even after including GST. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the staff behaved very rudely. One of the employees, whose name I do not know, was overheard speaking in Tamil, saying, "Don't take the lesser amount; take the higher amount." This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Eventually, after a prolonged argument, I managed to get a refund. However, the overall experience left me deeply dissatisfied due to the poor customer service. ---

Worst experience I waited 1 hour for my order and still app was showing order being prepared, I tried calling the restaurant but the number was not reachable. So I went there myself and asked about the delay then after checking My order was ready but left unnoticed.
