The lady who runs the center is very rude and doesn’t pack the pizzas properly when placed online deliveries , the box was not sealed and it was delivered in this condition

I visited this Domino’s outlet two weeks ago and had a very frustrating experience. I went to order pizza and wanted to pay using my credit/debit card. The service desk staff were busy on their phones and took a long time to attend. When I finally asked to pay by card, they casually mentioned that the card machine was not working. If the card payment system isn’t working, customers should be informed right at the beginning. Instead, I wasted a lot of time and ended up paying through cash/other alternatives. Really disappointed with the unprofessional and careless service here. Very pathetic customer service experience at this branch.

Bird of paradise
Visited Domino’s Yelahanka recently. The food was just okay, nothing special. Service was fine, but overall an average experience.

Worst service ever, ordered food on 10th of August 2025, was not delivered even after an hour of booking. Asking for refund the Manager and the whole staff keeps misguiding. One of the worst experience at dominos.
