I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Domino's outlet Begusarai, and I feel compelled to share my negative feedback. The entire visit was marred by multiple issues, including non-functional air conditioning, tasteless pizza, and an unhygienic store environment.

Ek dum bakwas service. I ordered from Delhi for my family in Begusuarai. But their delivery boy (subodh) is so boorish and illiterate, he delivered my prepaid order to somewhere else. When enquired, their counter manager (vikas) neither refunded nor sorted out the matter. Ek dum ghatia behaviour. Inki to frenchaizi hi cancel honi chahiye. Update: They placed order on my behalf after six days. Staff behaved nicely this time. So changing their rating from one star to 4. One less due to in convenience caused.
