The worst place ever to have pizza in belgaum PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS OUTLET . The lady staff here think she owns this place and doesn't have the basic courtesy to talk to customers. . They never take offline orders and expect you to order online. . and inspite of ordering online, you are supposed to wait for almost an hour. . They don't even bother to inform you when your order is ready which makes you eat cold pizza. And the worst part is they don't provide extra sachets of origano or chilly flakes. . . It's better to go to the next shop aka PIZZA HUT. They provide better service. . and atleast care about customer and keep you updated on your order. Very much disappointed. Don't even ask about the cleanliness. . (pictures shared)Zero stars for you. . Absolutely hopeless. .

Worst dominos I've visited ever. Pizza taste is below average and more then half of the menu is unavailable... I wish i could give negative rating to this outlet

This was by far one of the worst Domino’s outlets I’ve ever visited. On a busy day, they kept multiple order counter closed, and when we raised a complaint, their solution was to “order online.” If I wanted to order online, why would I even visit the outlet? The front desk staff and the on-duty manager were both rude and clearly lacked basic customer service ethics. The place was noisy, unclean, and tables were left with the previous customers’ leftovers. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience. The staff here urgently needs proper training and a lesson in basic work ethics.

Had a great experience at Domino’s on College Road, Belgaum. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was quite courteous. Their vegetarian pizza options are really tasty – fresh, cheesy, and full of flavor. A good place for a quick and satisfying bite!
