The ordering experience could be better. I was just standing there trying to place an order and they were just "busy" doing something else for a while just because I wasn't loud enough perhaps? Also, if there are two people on the billing, aren't they supposed to work in parallel? I saw just one of them processing orders (direct & via phone) and the other one was just tapping away on the screen while I was standing right there saying what I wanted, totally ignoring me. ? The menu is awkwardly placed behind the billing counter. Like...why? It's difficult to see from back there and Imagine a waiter standing in front to take an order all the while as you're deciding on what crust you want. O_O On a positive note, the order was processed relatively quick - under 15 minutes. ?

Okay food. but always busy. You have to wait in a queue to get a seat, even on ordinary days.
