Poor customer service, staff does not properly understand the order. And why is Dominos selling the soft drinks at price more than MRP ? If you want to sell soft drinks in glasses then what is the purpose of keeping all the soft drinks bottles on the counter fridge. They sell the soft drink bottles at same prices to the online customers but not to the customers who prefer dine-in. Very bad. The soft drink is already expensive and now they are charging more than that. Will never visit again. I hope action is taken against such marketing tactics that try to allure customers but selling things at prices double than the actual ones. Shameful thing I experienced at Dominos. Such a prestigious company but involved in such marketing tactics.

I call to staff and no one picked the call then call was picked by there staff member he gave me another number to call it was switched off I tried many time no one is answered my call very poor service and I ordered 3 onion pizza and 2 golden corn pizza the grand total was 270 then when the order was placed it was of 320 rupees

Extremely poor service, worst counter of dominos ever seen here in bathinda city , zero customer feedback, no responses of calls, rude and rubbish behavior of all staff crews , ordered at 9 pm and they were asking for order at 12:30 pm weather it is your or not , sincerely a nonsense outlet , only thing i cant use abuse for them rather they are a bad ass for the city .
