Very bad experience I ordered pizza and cake at 11:30 and the delivery time was showing in 35 minutes. After about 12:00, the message came back that your order has been delayed and you will have to wait for another 35 minutes. I tried to contact the outlet there to cancel the order but no one contacted me. At 12:45, the delivery boy came to my house and I asked him to cancel the order and he kept going back with the order but my online order did not say cancelled order but delivered. The next day I went there and asked to meet his manager. The manager was not there and the employees there said that you should talk to the manager, we will not know about this. When I asked for a refund for a week, he gave me a refund and this is not the first time but this has happened to me before. After ordering, he repeatedly delays and insists that you order only on your Domino's app and do not order on any other app. They come and tell us that they had a very bad experience.
