The manager of this franchise is very rude.. the way he talks is very arrogant, I m very much frustrated the way talked and ignored my issue like he doesn't care.. The delivery guys told the name of the manager (Gaurav Verma) and he denied to give the phone number of the manager and cut the call without completing the conversation... There was an issue with bill- In my swiggy app it showed a less amount while I was ordering and the delivery boy showed a amount more then mine.... And when I talked to the manager he was so rude.. I want that you should take a strict action against this manager so that he could understand how to talk to a customer...his name was (gaurav verma)
