Ordered from the Indrapuri branch and the experience was terrible. The food quality was nowhere near expected – the pizza was cold, poorly made, and tasted stale. For the price, this is unacceptable. Definitely not ordering again from this outlet.also the delivery partners are cancelled my order on last minute

I had a very disappointing experience with this outlet. They accept your order and the app shows that the pizza will be delivered in around 55 minutes. But after waiting for more than half an hour, they suddenly cancel the order just 10 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. Many times, they don’t even bother to inform you that the delivery has been cancelled. If you try calling them, the delivery partners either don’t answer the phone, or if they do, they act clueless and make excuses, saying they weren’t informed that the order wouldn't be delivered. This kind of unprofessional behavior and poor customer service is unacceptable. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the way this branch handles orders.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s (Indrapuri branch). On 15th August 2025 at 11:17 PM, I placed Order No. 644 worth ₹309 (3 items – Burger Pizza Classic Veg, Golden Corn, Veg Parcel). What I received was a complete disaster – the food was burnt, cold, and without proper toppings. It was totally inedible and a waste of money. I immediately raised a complaint and was assured by Domino’s customer care that a refund would be processed. Till today, after repeated follow-ups, no refund has been issued. This shows how careless the service is and how little they value customer satisfaction. If you don’t want to waste your hard-earned money on burnt, stale food with zero accountability, avoid this branch at all costs. Domino’s – you need to take strict action against such negligence, or you’ll keep losing customers.
