I booked from app for delivery. They delivered late and when checked for 30 min guarantee option, delivery guy told need to check with store and store number was switched off. After sometime the delivery guy started abusing and started threatening to beat. Horrible experience

Domino’s at DN Regalia Mall, Bhubaneswar, is by far the worst Domino’s outlet I’ve ever encountered—truly the worst of the worst. No matter what time or day you visit, they never have all items available if you place an order directly at the store—especially on weekends, which are an absolute mess. The behavior and attitude of the staff are extremely poor and unprofessional. If you make the mistake of ordering takeaway or dining in, they’ll mark your order as “ready” even before they start preparing it. You’ll be left standing or waiting endlessly, going back and forth to check if your order is actually ready—but it won’t be. It’s a frustrating loop. And if by any chance you choose home delivery, that’s your biggest mistake—especially on weekends. You’ll be lucky to even get a place in hell because your food will never arrive, yet they’ll mark it as “delivered.” The store number will be switched off, the delivery person will deny responsibility, and the store manager is possibly the rudest and most dishonest person I’ve come across. He gives the most absurd excuses and won’t process a refund even if the 30-minute delivery promise is violated. I have proper proof of all this. The delivery guys roam around randomly and never come to your location. And if they don't deliver, who are you even supposed to contact? The entire outlet is a joke and operates in the most careless and chaotic manner possible.
