Pathetic Service... Waiting time is more than 25 minutes in a normal day and can expect more than 30-45 minutes in rush day.... Really pathetic service....

I am not sure since when your outlet has specifically started to charge extra on ketchup sachets.Your outlet does not provide with any tomato ketchup bottles for dine in orders.In that case you force people to buy ketchup sachets.Is it a new policy that recently got implemented?
