We visited a Domino’s outlet in Bhuj and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. As tourists, we were looking for something familiar to eat and chose Domino’s for dinner. However, the outlet was quite difficult to locate because the signboard lights were off and there were large storage containers placed outside, making the place look more like a godown than a restaurant. We even passed the store twice before realizing it was the right place. After finally reaching there, tired and hungry, we were told that the restaurant was closed for cleaning and would reopen after 1.5 hours and this was at around 7 PM, which is usually peak dinner time. Their mentioned working hours are 11 AM to 11 PM, so it was very disappointing to see the restaurant unavailable during such a crucial time. If cleaning was required, it could have been done during non-dining hours, like late afternoon. Since we had to travel back to Kutch, we couldn’t wait and ended up going to La Pino’z nearby (just about 500 meters away) and had a much better experience there. Based on this visit, I would prefer La Pino’z over Domino’s in Bhuj.
