They misbehave with customer and speak rudley

Customer service is pathetic. The girl at counter is very rude. Asked for a normal drinking water, and it felt like tap water which was provided to us. Then I wanted to take packaged water, and to my surprise they did not have regular packaged drinking water, rather all the packaged drinking water were chilled and when I questioned the girl at counter, she rudely said, sir this is the only thing we have. Very pathetic customer experience.

The basic amenities, such as the washroom, are in extremely poor condition—you would not prefer to use it even for a simple handwash. The air conditioning is also not functioning. I requested to meet the manager, but was told he was busy with other work and therefore unable to meet. No one came forward to take responsibility on behalf of the store. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I was sweating profusely while eating pizza. The least offensive word I can use is "PATHETIC".
