For a mismanaged order, Dominos 22 manager clearly denied this being their fault. The pizza was delivered without the seal and had been delivered cold. Instead of accepting and acknowledging the mismanaged order, the response I was given by the store manager was I should have visited the store to get the replacement. It comes as a shocking response when the customer is unable to raise the feedback on the app or contact the store apparently because of poorly configured app which didn’t reflect the current order and the fact that the store no. Has been unserviceable for 2-3 years. Dominos India should look into this and take actions against the store manager for customer harassment.
