Very bad behaviour of staff no one was ready to listen

So basically I had ordered a Farmhouse Pizza, but the pizza delivered was incorrect. Instead of mushrooms, the topping added was paneer. And the team made this change and didn't wven inform. I am lactose intolerant and can't have paneer. I reached out the customer care. It's been a day and the team has not provided any solution till now. The whole experience led to disappointment amd broken expectations.

Service is too much slow and taste is also not good so dont preffer coming here
