I had ordered an medium CHEESE BURST veggie paradise pizza and an classic stuffed garlic bread . First things first the delivery guy calls me and very arrogantly asks me to come down to get my order . And the main thing is the food even though the food arrived hot , the cheese filling in the cheese burst pizza was less than bare minimum , and this is not the first time this is happening , same problem had occurred in the past too and they are resistant to rectify the problem . It was like eating an normal pizza and the cheese burst filling an taste was no where to be found despite paying an extra 100rs for that . Coming to the classic stuffed garlic bread the cheese is very less and the bread is like crushed . After complaining several times they still havent taken any action regarding this . They just say send photo and give a new pizza the exact same way with very minimal cheeseburst and also makes us wait for another half hour without eating . We order when we are hungry , why couldnt you guys make the order perfect the first time , instead of sending out crappy food , and then make us wait an other half hour and again send crappy food . When we ask the manager they respond that a new employee made the pizza thats why its like that . Everytime its the same reason . I could accept this if i had ordered during rush hour , but i ordered this at 4pm at which time there is absolutely no rush . Having faced the same issue again and again after complaining several times , i dont think i will order from this place again .

Worst experience, worst service manager. Who not even listen to the customer query. Dominos should start reading the customer reviews and take necessary action. Table was not cleaned even after 15 mins. When staff was ready to clean it up. Manager assigning someother task for delivery cases, not even bothered about dine-in customer experience.
