Very bad experience and staffs..

How lame and irresponsible could these guys get. Ashok Nagar branch kept us waiting for more than an hour stating high demand while the staffs were just sitting and eating pizza when my hubby went to the store to see what's happening. They started to bake only after he went. And another customer also walked in for the same reason. Never expected such poor service .. the phone was kept outside that the number went busy even after multiple attempts.. one of the worst experiences. This happened at 1.40 in the midnight while the order was placed at 12.28

Worst place. If there is some rating less than single star, I will give that. The gal at the counter took dine in order and even after 40 mins nothing progressed. Upon enquiry there was a guy who looks like senior is asking the gal about why she hasn't informed about store order. They are using computer to take order and work in stone-age. Easy answer "I am new sir"... I have to tell about the behavior of so called seniorly appearing highly ignorant, but arrogant guy who was busy packing. He doesn't even know ABCD of customer communication. He was using same cutter for both veg and non-veg pizza. He is touching both veg and non veg pizza with same hands while boxing it. He is using computer with bare hands.. what not? All violations. Upon questioning, He was so arrogant in answering. He says So what? He even asking a customer to shut up . No sign of repent for missing the order. More over he comments and suggests that we shouldn't come out to hotels to eat. I wanted to talk to store manager. Forget it. He never turned up... These guys should be taught about using magic words. Please don't recruit any unfit guy to the job that he doesn't deserve. Atleast don't make him face the customer. He thinks he is owner of the whole dominos🤣 I had to cancel my order and went to Sree Mithai near by.. Better pizza delivered in no time and treated with respect.

My sincere thanks to Ashok Nagar Domino’s Branch. I ordered for Delivery and it was supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes. But due to heavy rain it was about to delayed by another 30 minutes. But after I called snd explained about my urgency to the Branch person, he put my order in priority and got it in next 10 minutes. Thanks again
