Extremely disappointing experience at Domino’s Ashok Nagar, Chennai. Placed a prepaid order at 12:30 AM under a special offer and waited for over 2 hours. The store kept giving false updates, and the manager even disconnected the call and ignored repeated calls, which is completely unprofessional. When the order finally arrived around 2:30 AM, the food quality was nowhere close to what was shown in the offer images. The tacos had just a few onion pieces and barely any paneer, and the burgers, chicken parcels, and butterscotch mousse cakes were severely reduced in quantity and presentation. This felt misleading and not worth the money at all. Very poor service and unacceptable standards from a brand like Domino’s. Would not recommend this branch.

How lame and irresponsible could these guys get. Ashok Nagar branch kept us waiting for more than an hour stating high demand while the staffs were just sitting and eating pizza when my hubby went to the store to see what's happening. They started to bake only after he went. And another customer also walked in for the same reason. Never expected such poor service .. the phone was kept outside that the number went busy even after multiple attempts.. one of the worst experiences. This happened at 1.40 in the midnight while the order was placed at 12.28
