Today went along with kids around 4.30 pm the lady staff behaviour worst they told us to wait 30 minutes outside with rude. If they not ready for dine in service for particular time atleast should keep board outside. Worst customer service

Worst ever service from domino’s brand. They simply keep the telephone receiver out and no customer can contact them. Not even their own company service team can contact this branch. If any one visiting pls check the hygiene and quality it’s not Upto the dominos standard

Yesterday we ordered a big 6 in 1 veg pizza nd 2 garlic bread for takeaway. Unfortunately there was no sides(ketchup or chilli flakes,oregano) was given. Pizza tasted too bad, the crust was very thick in the size of 2 breads in the corner and only tomato sauce was dumped which was too bad.

I am extremely disappointed with the recent delivery experience. To begin with, the entire order was delivered cold, which completely ruined the meal. What’s more frustrating is that I was charged for ketchup, but it was missing from the order. When I asked the delivery person, he casually mentioned that there was no stock available—yet the app still allowed me to add and pay for it. This feels misleading and unprofessional. Adding to the frustration, the delivery was significantly delayed. While the actual delivery time was over 30 minutes, the app falsely displayed an ETA of just 21 minutes. Worse, it abruptly closed the live tracking map, making it impossible to monitor the delivery status accurately. This seems like a deliberate tactic to avoid accountability and bypass any time-based delivery guarantee the platform may offer. Overall, this experience feels dishonest and poorly managed. The service not only lacked transparency but also failed to deliver basic expectations like warm food, accurate billing, and reliable tracking. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel misled by a service I trusted. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and implements changes to ensure more honest and dependable service in the future.
