It was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. We placed an order for delivery, and the delivery executive was extremely rude. When we asked for seasoning, he outright refused — speaking as if we hadn’t paid for the order at all, as if he was doing us a favour by delivering it for free. What made it even more disappointing was the response from Domino’s themselves. The higher authorities barely reacted, simply said “sorry,” and when I asked for proper assistance or to escalate the issue, there was no clear communication or effort from their end. Domino’s has completely lost its respect with this experience.

One of the worst center worst customer service worst response…pizza taste not good…no hygiene maintain…not cleaning the table…if we ask to clean the table one person came with tissue nd wiping the table nd put in the floor…totally waste nd poor maintenance…nd rest room and wash basin omg what the hell full of wet tissue on the floor sides etc…if you guys don’t know how to treat the customer nd maintain the unit pls close it…don’t cheat the customers…they came for eat good quality food..we trust the brand but you ppl spoiling the mood….try to maintain the quality and service…worst experience nd food

Food average Delivery poor. Almost 1 and half hour for preparation and delivery to location that is 1.5km away from the joint. Experiencing such delay for the second time. The store doesn't accepts calls whatsoever, chatbot is crap. Total scam.
