This particular outlet is very pathetic in their service.If ordered through domino app, they combine orders and deliver after an hour and quite unapologetic about .The delivery guy says talk to the outlet manager and there is no phone number.In 2026, I had placed orders on 1st and 8th through swiggy and both were messed up.The first time they delivered a non veg pizza instead of veg and the second time they delivered a normal base pizza when the order was for cheese burst.Both the times Swiggy refunded.

Worst experience The billing person is not experienced and very very slow in taking orders . If you come with hungry don’t go.

One star for the service and atmosphere. The tables were not cleaned and we could see leftovers from previous orders still at the other tables and were not cleaned for the duration of our meal. The sofas had a layer of dust settled on it, mosquitoes were buzzing around and biting, stairs weren't clean. The person who took my order said it's self service and that I should come down and collect the order once it's ready and called out. But the next order for another set of people was brought up by a different representative. I found it to be lacking in addressing the customer.

Worst pizza I ever had. I ordered online from this place. Pizza is chill and cold. Not at all good. If I would have gone to dominos, definitely I asks refund
