Dear Team, I am writing to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had at your Vettuvankeni Domino’s outlet located at no 47 , Narayana Nagar , ground floor , Chennai -600115 , ECR road . I visited the store to order a pizza for my child. Since there was only one menu card available, I was trying to clarify a few details about the menu with the cashier, whose name is Gifty. However, in the middle of our conversation, she abruptly took the menu card from my hand and handed it to another customer without any explanation. When I politely questioned her behavior, she started yelling at us and spoke in a very rude and disrespectful manner. What was even more shocking was that the store manager did not attempt to understand our concern or address the issue. Instead, the manager appeared to support the cashier’s behavior and completely ignored us. This kind of attitude and lack of basic customer service is extremely disappointing. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, the staff at this outlet seem to be consistently rude and unprofessional, showing anger and disregard toward customers. I kindly request that you look into this matter seriously and take the necessary action against the concerned staff to ensure that such incidents do not occur again.

Horrible experience with this branch. I highly don’t recommend this branch to anyone. 2 weeks back we ordered pizza through swiggy and it was never delivered. We weren’t able to get return as well. Today I ordered pizza directly through dominos website and it’s been 2 hours now, I still haven’t received the order. Someone from store calls me and says they don’t have delivery person to come n deliver the order. Highly irresponsible and annoying service. If you don’t have delivery people, stop accepting orders and stop wasting people’s money and time.
