I’ve tried Domino’s Avadi both online and offline. The online orders were mostly fine and reached on time, but my offline experience was disappointing. When I visited the outlet, the staff’s attention was almost fully on online orders, and our order took more than 30 minutes to be served. The restaurant environment didn’t feel good either – there was a harsh light glowing in the center with insects buzzing around it, and the tables weren’t cleaned properly. As for the food, the quality was just average – not bad, but not something that makes you want to come back often. Parking is available as free street parking, so at least that part is convenient. Overall, while their online delivery is okay, the dine-in experience at this branch definitely needs improvement – both in terms of cleanliness and customer attention. 🍕

Very poor, disappointed. I placed my order at 11:50 PM and received it by 12:10 AM. While this falls within the 30-minute delivery promise, the pizza arrived cold, which was very disappointing. Domino’s is known for delivering fresh and hot food, and this experience did not meet those expectations. I request you to look into the matter and provide a suitable resolution.
