My wife have had the worst experience for ordering pizza from this particular branch of Dominos CTH avadi branch. She ordered pizzas late night of 13th December 2025. When she received the parcel it was too chill and also wasn't fresh either. Hence she wanted to raise a complaint against this issue. She used the official website of dominos to do the same and she received worst response ever from the complaint team. The executive who was handling the complaint was not polite and also manner less person didn't even listened to what my wife was trying to say and the executive disconnected the call before the complaint was even rectified. The worst experience ever, this was not expected from dominos. I hope this is rectified and not repeated again

Ordered their pizzas via Swiggy... Pizzas were worst.. It was not freshly made, not at all hot.. Couldn't eat that pizza... Taste is also worst... Packing is again worst...

Very disappointed with this order. The food arrived cold because the delivery person was carrying multiple orders at once. By the time mine reached, the pizza wasn’t hot or fresh anymore. Domino’s should focus on delivering each order on time and hot, not batching too many deliveries together.
