AVOID DOMINO'S DELIVERY!!! Their delivery service is a hit-or-miss (mostly miss). Finally, if at all the order gets through, the delivery agents will make sure you are disappointed. Best part of all this is that the Domino's customer service is non-existent. So, these folks at the store can do any kind of atrocities with 100% confidence since we customers can't do anything! Last night I ordered via Zomato to try and circumvent the Domino's delivery system. To my unpleasant surprise, only the ordering system was from Zomato. The delivery was taken care by the Domino's team (said the Zomato app). The delivery person comes to the apartment road (not even the main gate) and tells me that they have a store policy that prohibits entering the apartments after 10 PM (our apartment actually allows them until 11 PM). He said bringing the order inside will cost ₹30-40 extra. I'm wondering why I paid all that platform fee and delivery fee for. After all this bitterness when I thought I could finally serve some food to the family comes yet another surprise. They had replaced and item in the order by themselves and didn't refund/mention it. Please save yourself from the misery of begging to deliver food (which you pay for) and then getting whatever food they have, not what you ordered.

One of the worst outlet. Never visit. 1. served non-veg instead of veg. 2. Air Conditioning is not working. One AC is constantly dripping. 3. Poor Service and no remorse for changing the order. 4. Bad attitude people in the restaurant. Never coming back.
