Pathetic service from this Domino’s outlet. I placed a prepaid order with a 30-minute delivery guarantee — it’s been over 2 hours, and I still haven’t received my food. When I contacted the delivery guy, he was rude and arrogant, showed no responsibility, and offered no explanation. This kind of delay and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. Domino’s needs to seriously look into how this store is being managed. Avoid this outlet unless you want your time and money wasted.

WORST EVER SERVICE...! We ordered a delivery for lunch and when the app said it'll be delivered in less than 9 minutes, the delivery guy called and said they won't serve our location. I don't understand why the store accepted our order when they don't serve our location. We tried to contact the store but the number listed is invalid. I have a toddler and yet I had to drive halfway to the store and collect the pizza. As I ordered their new 6 in 1 big pizza, the box was bigger & I couldn't carry it in my 2 wheeler. 30 minute delivery at dominoz is just an eye wash. It took 45 minutes for the delivery guy to reach halfway and then when I went and collected the food, it was another 30 minutes. By then pizza was cold, the mousse had melted and lunch was a disaster. The delivery guy just threw few packets of seasoning & few of them were open. Nothing was organised and packed well. I tried contacting customer care and they said the store will contact me soon. It has been more than 2 weeks and yet, here I am, still awaiting their call.

Very rude behavior from the staffs. They didn't even take our order saying it'll be late by at least 2 hours. The tone with which the staff said was extremely rude. Indirectly he said to get out. This has happened to us almost all the time.
