First time I visited dominos in Sholinganallur and was very disappointed. The staff taking order was very unprofessional not listening to the order and was showing attitude. The staff who prepares the pizza was not wearing any gloves and the shop is heavily understaffed. They didn't even provided bill and I insisted them to add my number so that I can get the details of the order. But I never received any message regarding anything from dominos. I suppose they didn't even added the number. Also the AC's were not working. The service, atmosphere everything was truly very disappointing and never expected this from Domino's..

I ordered pizza yesterday from Sholinganallur branch but it wasn't delivered after 2 hours also.after that I called customer care and connected to store and then I went directly and collected it ..worst service never faced this kind of issues.as order was mentioned as dispatched I couldn't cancel it also .I spoke to incharge she told that she will check and inform but not picking call after that..after 2 hrs the pizza cheese everything got wasted we couldn't eat even single pizza but we ordered 3 and still order status not closed

One of worst outlet in chennai . They wont deliver pizza on time they do group order otherwise cancel the order after 25 min

Pizzas were good in this outlet. But double think if you are going to dine in since they don't even have a single air conditioner in working condition. There is no proper ventilation in the dining area. They can make this outlet as a delivery only if this condition is going to continue.
