Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Domino’s Pizza outlet. We reached this outlet around 1:00 AM for a takeaway order. The app showed a 15 minute wait time. What followed was almost two and a half hours of absolute mismanagement. We were asked to wait repeatedly in 15 to 20 minute intervals. Every single time we checked, the order was “not ready.” We were waiting outside in heavy rain with our child. Inside the store was overcrowded and unsafe, with people smelling strongly of alcohol, making it impossible to wait there with a kid. What was extremely frustrating was seeing multiple delivery partners continuously picking up orders while takeaway customers like us were ignored. It was very clear that online deliveries were being prioritized while in-store customers were left waiting without honest communication. After nearly two hours, when we asked for a refund, we were still made to wait with false promises like “just five more minutes.” Finally, around 3:30 AM, we were handed the order. The food was shocking. We ordered a cheese burst non veg pizza. What we received was a poorly shaped thin crust with no cheese, no sauce, barely any toppings, and not even properly cooked. It looked and tasted like plain bread. The garlic bread was equally bad, extremely hard, tasteless, overloaded with garlic, and not edible. The dip tasted expired. What made it worse was the hygiene. While waiting, I personally saw dough fall on the floor and being reused with bare hands. When questioned, the staff casually said the floor was “clean.” That was unacceptable. We paid around ₹862 for food that was not even worth ₹50. We felt cheated, especially on New Year’s night. To make matters worse, both my husband and I fell sick after taking just a few bites and experienced food poisoning symptoms. This outlet has zero regard for hygiene, customer safety, or basic service standards. Orders are accepted without capacity to deliver. Complaints are ignored. Calls are not answered after the incident. Please do not visit this outlet. It is not just bad service, it is unsafe.

The experience at this pizza shop was very disappointing. We asked the manager to change the stuffed garlic bread because it had a rotten smell. Even after replacing it, the second one also smelled bad. When we questioned this, the staff kept saying that “this is how it tastes” instead of properly checking the issue. Their response was rude and unprofessional. The manager treated us very badly and finally said “refund” in a manner that made it feel like we had come only to get money back, which was insulting. We expected basic food quality and respectful behavior, neither of which we received.

I came with my friends in evening to this shop. Over all we have a worst experience in this shop food quality is very poor only one staff is handling the customer service and the wait time is too long We ordered paneer with onion garlic bread, choco lava cake,Volcano cheese loaded golden delight pizza medium and chicken bbq pizza regular for 1063Rs first of all the pizza crust is very dry then in garlic bread we fell rotten smell and taste and we changed it the in Volcano pizza cheese is very worst in taste and in lava cake the cake is dry and the lava feels like batter Please don't waste your money by choosing this shop thank you
