Here is an updated, stronger and complete negative review that includes everything you just described. You can copy and use this as it is. Final Negative Review Message I had one of the worst experiences with the Domino’s Guindy outlet. I placed an order for a Chicken Keema Pizza over the phone after the staff confirmed it was available and clearly told me it would be delivered in 30 minutes. I waited for half an hour, only to suddenly receive a message saying the order was cancelled without any explanation. No one informed me about any issue and there was absolutely no communication from the store. What made it even worse is that I tried calling Domino’s customer support three times to get clarity, but no one picked up. I only kept hearing the automated voice system which did not help at all. Earlier the store did answer once, but after the order got cancelled they stopped responding. When I tried using the support link they sent, the virtual chat simply said I had no current order so it could not help me. There was no way to reach an actual person to explain the issue. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer care. If they cannot deliver the order, they should inform the customer immediately instead of making them wait. The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Very disappointing service from Domino’s.
