They were short of staff. The lady at the counter was doing all the stuff - from taking orders to making the pizza to delivery. Since she was the only one doing everything, hygiene was an issue. She did not wear gloves while cooking. She was attending the phone ,doing billing and cooking at the same time. The restaurant was full of flies
