Order # 87, date - 5-Feb-2026. I ordered 2 medium veg pizzas and it were horrible. No taste at all and the crust was rubbery. Worst experience and this might be my last order here. It is not even worth for free.

When it's comes to disappointing customer medvakkam domino's always wins.... Took more than 1 hour for delivering the pizza .. this place is totally mismanaged... They never deliver the orders .. they mess up thr pickup orders.... Will not be visiting thsi place again.... After spending hard earned money you will get disappointment in return.... They never learn or correct.. Same experience for last 4 years...

Yesterday 25th January, delivery order was placed at 7:05 pm and the order got delivered by 8:45 pm. Understand the delay due to rain. But the pizzas were not even warm, it was cold. The order was in status of 'deliver in 30 min' for more than a hour. It looks it was baked and waiting for delivery for more than an hour. If there is no means why it was baked, you could have cancelled the order rather delivery a literally cold pizza. This about order ID 126
