I orderedthe pizza in app and this is my near by dominos.please don't debt the money whenever you will not able to provide the delivery. Why you placing the order and at time of scheduled delivery. got an message like order cancelled and refund will 3 to 5 days. DONT TAKE THE ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT DELIVER

Worst customer response They won't pick the call when your in need of tracking. I paid for the order and I have not received my order A1 Frauds...Learn something about customer service and then run a business.

Everytime they failed, last week i escalated it to customer care. When I was there to collect my order, I received message that my order has delivered. When I checked with Shop members they told they didn't received my order ?. After showing order details from mobile app and status, they asked me to wait for few more minutes and they delivered my order. Same story when I ordered for home delivery too... Facing chelleng in most of my orders. Really not a happy customer...

Very worst service . Today ordered pizza for lunch around 1.30 but they haven’t delivered for more than 2 hours after that reached the restaurant then only they start preparing.. totally disappointed with their service...
