At first, I used to order the “premium” pizzas like Country Special or Extra Cheese, expecting magic… but honestly, they never lived up to the hype. A little disappointment every time. Then came the discovery – Pizza Mania fresh pan pizzas. Affordable, delicious, and far better in taste than the costly ones. Now this is my go-to! Pair it with a chilled Coke and some Chicken Wings, and suddenly the evening feels complete. But here’s where the suspense builds – the wait. The staff is polite but painfully slow. Placing the order itself feels like step one of a long adventure, and then the real patience test begins: 30 minutes (sometimes more) before the food finally arrives. By the time your pizza hits the table, you’ve already imagined five alternate endings to your story. The setup has its own quirks too. Parking? Perfectly fine if you’re on a bike, but if you bring a car… good luck. And the washroom? Just one – so in peak hours, it feels like waiting in line for a VIP pass. In the end, Domino’s here is not just about food – it’s about the whole experience. A mix of delicious discoveries, slow-motion service, and tiny challenges that make you feel like you’ve spent an entire hour on a mini adventure.

Dear Team, Yesterday (15/08/2025) I purchased a Non-Veg Classic Burger as a takeaway from your Domino’s outlet at: Shop No. 4, 1st Avenue, 80 FT, CMDA Road, Nolambur Phase 1, Mogappair, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600095. Upon reaching home and opening it, I found that it was burnt and overcooked. I immediately returned to the store to raise a complaint. However, I was informed that “this is how it is prepared”. I then showed them the burger image on your official website and pointed out that it did not match what I received. They accepted my concern and replaced it with another Non-Veg Classic Burger. Unfortunately, the replacement burger was undercooked and not properly prepared. This entire experience was very disappointing and has caused me a great deal of dissatisfaction. I request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure better quality standards in the future.

Place not maintained...the tables and chair have pizza crumbs and have attracted flies. Will not visit again.
