The worst restaurant experience I ever ha, I thank god for the restaurant said by the previous review (Pizza Hut, Gerugambakkam) as it was infinitely better. Thank you previous reviewer who also gave one star and yet suggested a better place than this. The staff did not provide bill of sale or even a number to collect order as we have to ask that for a long time, there is no water or any sauce on the tables, there is no water too, the place was very untidy and greasy, there was no place to sit as there is no chair (same was said by the last reviewer) and to top it all of the restroom was worse than a bus station restroom with NO WATER AT ALL The pizza i got was also not the best in presentation as the taste was mediocre which seems like the brand’s fault Do close or improve please, staff are not that enthusiastic to work even

Asked for a chair for my grandma and was straight up told to wait as they made no amends to get her a chair as the customers had to do it themselves, thought of switching up from my go to pizza place "Pizza Hut" just 300 meters from here several times and was treated way better than we were treated here. On top of that we just ordered 2 regular pizza's and yet it took about 30 mins to get done and the taste was way below expectation If there was a zero star rating bar, would've done that Here is a better pizza place within 400 meters nearby (Pizza Hut | Gerugambakkam, Kundrathur Main Road, Gerugambakkam, Tamil Nadu)

Staff behavior not good. Very noisy from kitchen, didn't respond properly. Not wearing gloves while making pizza. Ordered combo with chicken dominator and non veg Supreme but in one pizza we had mushrooms, capsicum and olive

OMG!! I am just looking at the reviews now.. I thought I was the only person who felt horrible.. The outlet is filled with mosquitos, the restroom is worse.. The food I ordered (taco and juicy chicken) was horrible..There was not even water, tissues/ spices places on the table.. The staff who took order doesn't even know what each dish means.. Please shut it down🙏
