Dear Domino’s Customer Care Team, I am writing to share my feedback regarding a recent lunch order I placed. I ordered two pizzas priced at ₹49 each, with a total bill amount of ₹102. Although I am currently working at VR Mall, I chose to order from your outlet near Mogappair because I have previously had very good experiences with the food quality, service, and overall atmosphere at that location. During order preparation, I received a call from the delivery executive informing me that the order could not be delivered to the first floor. Since I was hungry, I agreed to come down and collect the order myself. The delivery executive arrived within 10–15 minutes, which I appreciate. However, the concern is regarding the food temperature. The distance from Mogappair to VR Mall is approximately 1.5 kilometers, and the delivery was done by bike, taking hardly 10 minutes. When I opened the pizza boxes, the pizzas were initially warm, but within just one or two bites, both pizzas became completely cold. Considering the very short distance and quick delivery time, it is surprising how the pizzas lost their temperature so quickly. As I was very hungry and eating alone, I still finished both pizzas, but the experience was disappointing. I am sharing this feedback because I genuinely like Domino’s and hope this issue can be addressed to ensure proper heat retention, especially for such short-distance deliveries. I ordered the 6‑in‑1 square pizza through the Domino’s app, expecting the exact replica of their advertised square pizza. What I received was a complete disappointment. - The pizza was shapeless – the middle was extremely thin while the outer crust was overly thick, far from the uniform square shape shown in the promo. - The cheese distribution was uneven, with some slices having almost no cheese and others overloaded (as seen in the photo). - The cutting of the pizza was horrible, making it difficult to serve or eat. - The overall quality suggests the person who made it had a bad day, turning what should have been a happy dinner into an awful experience. I considered calling customer care but felt it would be useless. Recommendation: Domino’s should either perfect the 6‑in‑1 pizza (as shown in their images) or remove it from the menu. The current version does not match the advertised product and falls short of professional standards. Avoid the 6‑in‑1 pizza unless you want a subpar experience.

I ordered two 5-course meals — Pepper BBQ Pizza and the 5 Course Non-Veg Loaded — and the experience was completely unsatisfactory. The pizzas were extremely hard and turn into tough bread within minutes. The Choco Bomb was almost impossible to eat, just a hard bun with no taste or texture. The hygiene inside the outlet was also very poor. Used tissues were scattered around, and even the staff’s caps were lying on tables. With no AC and an unclean environment, the visit was very uncomfortable.Overall, the food quality and cleanliness were far below acceptable standards, and the money spent felt totally wasted. Definitely not the kind of service expected from Domino’s.

The Choco Bomb was the worst — just a hard bun that couldn’t even be eaten. The restaurant environment was also very unhygienic. Used tissues were lying around, even caps of Domino’s employees were on the tables. There was no AC, and the overall atmosphere was very uncomfortable. We really had a hard time and felt our money was completely wasted. Very poor food quality and bad maintenance. Definitely not the standard expected from Domino’s.
