Dear Domino’s Team I am extremely disappointed with my recent order experience. Not only was the food delivered incorrect, but it was also a very serious mistake — I had clearly ordered vegetarian food, but was served non-vegetarian instead. This is completely unacceptable and shows negligence in handling customer orders. To make matters worse, the delivery staff’s behavior was highly unprofessional and rude when I pointed out the issue. This kind of service from a reputed brand like Domino’s is very upsetting and unacceptable. I request you to: 1. Take immediate action regarding the wrong food served. 2. Ensure such mistakes do not happen again, especially in cases involving vegetarian and non-vegetarian orders. 3. Address the inappropriate behavior of your staff. 4. Provide a resolution/refund/compensation for the inconvenience caused. Please look into this matter urgently and get back to me at the earliest.

Is there any option for giving’0’?- the worst ever service and cleanliness.,,Full of flies.,After 1/2 HR,, told there is no GAS., will take another 10-20 minutes.,Poor services.,I pity on DOMINOS Brand for these worst outlets.,Better to close.,But I must thanks the team for REFUNDING THE MONEY AFTER LOT OF .,,

Went today to get some pizza..,Worst ever service I could get. They took the order and saiid it would take 20 minutes.But after 30 minutes, was told there was no gas & would take another 10 minutes., Took the money back given their poor service as well as pathetic level of cleanliness..Oh My Domino’s I pity on you for your level of service, cleanliness and quality of ambience.

No proper dine-in, had to insist them thrice time to clean the table and we were waiting more than 10 mins to give the order. Nobody came to take the order even though I called them more than 2 times. Place is very dirty. Staffs should improve themselves on service and hospitality. Except AC nothing works well there. Food is okayish👍🏻
