I don't want to give this 1 star also ....I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Shop. I ordered the Chicken Feast Regular with extra cheese for around ₹450, but what I got was completely different. The pizza was just a regular chicken pizza without any extra cheese, and it lacked toppings and tissue. When I complained to the staff, they claimed they made it as per my order. I would advise others to order through the app instead, as it's cheaper and more reliable. Avoid visiting the shop, as it's a waste of time and money.

We ordered signature chicken wings but they given Indian spicy chicken wings when we said about it the sales person not accepting it and without checking the pack she is blindly arguing that they have given the correct order also we purchased a water bottle in the cap it was spilled with some greasy and sticky fluid but they refused to exchange the bottle , very very worstttt experience we had in that particular branch and they are not at all guilty on fooling their customers.
